Reconnecting Virginia is a positive, achievable approach to solving the state’s traffic problems, first presented in 2004 at the annual meetings of PEC and the Virginia Conservation Network.

A clear delineation of the principles of Smart Growth, along with recommendations for implementation of those principles in Virginia. Developed by the Coalition for Smarter Growth, Piedmont Environmental Council, and other partnering organizations.
